You must be based in the Chicago area or Western Indiana within our operating areas and able to work in-person with our teams.

The Opportunity
This is not a passive reporting role.
You will:
  • Partner directly with clinical, finance, and operations leaders
  • Turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Help bring structure and visibility to a fast-growing organization

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze data across EMR, financial, operational, and marketing systems
  • Deliver insights that drive decisions (not just reports)
  • Become an EMR super user supporting clinical teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Support inventory + cost optimization
  • Contribute to cross-functional performance initiatives
  • Improve reporting structure and standards

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years in data analytics
  • Strong SQL + Excel
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication + cross-functional partnership skills
  • High ownership mindset

Compensation & Benefits
$80,000 – $100,000 base + full benefits
