Data Integrity

  • Maintain accurate schedule, timekeeping, and employee data in Paycom

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in workforce operations, scheduling, or HR operations, ideally in healthcare or a multi-site environment
  • Strong Excel/data skills; experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/timekeeping systems a plus
  • Calm, quick decision-making under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A mindset aligned with our PACT values

What Success Looks Like
