Base salary starting at $120K

- Build and scale Snowflake + Python data ecosystem
- Real-time alerts for clinic performance, staffing, and volumes
- Daily command center outputs for field leaders
- AI-driven call intelligence systems
- Predictive staffing + demand models
- Turn data into actionable outputs — not reports
- Snowflake, Python, SQL expertise
- Experience building data systems + pipelines
- APIs, automation, AI tools
- Strong operational/business mindset
You will directly impact:
- Patient access + wait times
- Clinic efficiency
- Revenue + growth
- Live alerts used by field leaders
- Automated daily summaries
- Call intelligence surfacing missed visits
- Staffing optimization model live
