Job Summary
Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a dependable and hands-on Credentialing Administrator to join our growing team. This entry-level position plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day credentialing needs across our network of clinics. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. This position must be located in the Chicagoland market and will be predominately on-site at our Chicago office with office hours expected between 8:00AM - 5:00PM CT.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee provider onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
- Prepare, track, and manage collaborative agreements and delegation terminations.
- Maintain provider records in the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) and CAQH databases, including updates and re-attestations.
- Process I&A access requests and manage provider document submissions.
- Create and maintain provider profiles in systems such as Medallion and Experity.
- Manage DOT/Certedrive compliance and documentation
- Track and communicate professional license expirations and renewal requirements.
- Maintain and audit credentialing spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Process medical record and itemized statement requests in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Receive, sort, open, and distribute incoming mail weekly, ensuring timely routing to appropriate departments.
- Log, scan, and maintain accurate digital records of all incoming correspondence.
- Conduct weekly rounding to four designated mail-hub locations to ensure consistent document flow.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to build rapport with clinic staff and leadership while maintaining professionalism
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Slack, and Monday.com is a plus

This role has an expected hourly rate of $22/hour
